This beer style first appeared in Belgian monasteries. "Blanche" means white beer, because of its white-gold color, due to the use of unmalted wheat. To offer it traditional flavors, we use species that offer aromas like spices, citrus and spring flowers. It is a perfect beer for the summer period and combines with light salads or creamy cheeses.
