A very well know Belgian style of beer. Brewed with special semi-wild yeast that actually creates the character of this beer by offering hints of old wood and slight acidic notes. To complement the beer's character we used German hops that offer a refreshing hint of Sauvignon in combination with a Japanese hop to give a touch of lime and hints of pepper. A refreshing that is good to enjoy during hot and cold weather.
